Overview

These Terms govern your use of CleanPaste. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

CleanPaste provides text-cleaning and rewriting workflows designed to help users remove pasted noise, preserve important wording, and improve readability. We may add, remove, or change features over time.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• You must keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your Content and Responsibilities

• You retain responsibility for the text and other material you submit to the service.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that material.
• You must review outputs before publishing or relying on them.
• You should not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• interfere with the security, reliability, or normal operation of the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or protected features;
• use the service to violate law, contract, or third-party rights;
• abuse free access, automated limits, credits, or payment workflows; or
• submit malicious content intended to disrupt the product or other users.

Plans, Billing, and Payments

• Paid features may require an active subscription or available credits.
• Prices, packaging, and plan limits may change over time.
• Eligible subscriptions can be managed or canceled from Billing or the Customer Portal when that flow is available for your account.
• Refund requests are reviewed under our policy and applicable law.
• We respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days.
• If a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@cleanpaste.app.

Service Availability

CleanPaste is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates risk for the service, or harms other users, vendors, or systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanPaste and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Review and publish outputs at your own discretion and risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page.
