Data Used to Run the Product
Depending on the feature you use, CleanPaste may process:
- account and authentication data;
- submitted text, prompts, keywords, and formatting preferences;
- billing and subscription metadata;
- device, browser, and diagnostic information; and
- limited analytics or attribution data.
Third-Party Processing
Running the service may involve third-party providers for infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, and AI inference. Submitted text may be processed by configured AI providers when needed to generate the requested result. Payment providers may also process transaction, receipt, refund, and portal-related metadata needed to operate billing workflows.
Practical Guidance for Users
- Review outputs before publishing them.
- Avoid submitting secrets or highly regulated personal data unless necessary.
- Use only text and source material you are authorized to process.

Retention and Deletion
We keep operational records for as long as needed to run the product, maintain account history, support billing workflows, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. If you need us to review an account-related deletion request, contact support@cleanpaste.app.
